Conditions
- Residents of Europe, the United Kingdom, Turkey and the Russian Federation are not eligible to purchase or use a Eurail Pass.
- Passes must be validated prior to first day of use.
- Passes must be validated within 6 months of issue date.
- Passes must be validated prior to boarding the first train / first use of a travel bonus.
- Travel bonuses may necessitate usage of a travel day. The full list of bonuses can be found in the Eurail Travellers Guide.
- 7:00pm rule: if a direct overnight train starts after 7:00pm on a validated Eurail Pass, the passholder must enter the next day's date on the pass, provided it falls within the validity of the pass.
- Certain trains may transit through a country not covered by the pass. In that case an additional ticket must be purchased.
- Seat reservation fees are an additional charge and are not inclusive in the cost of the pass.

Refunds
- Passes must be presented for refund unused and not validated.
- A 25% cancellation fee plus GST (only in Australia) applies to totally unused passes returned within one year of issuing date. No partial refunds.
- Important note: Some trains may transit through a country not covered by the pass. In that case you must purchase an additional ticket. Transit visas may also be required. Travel on Premier/high-speed and Swiss Scenic trains in Europe is subject to a surcharge for compulsory reservations.
Passes can not be replaced if lost or stolen. We recommend Pass Security with your order.
